Members of SNIC Singapore National Institute of Chemistry has been invited to attend this short course conducted by Professor Emeritus Akira Suzuki.

Professor Emeritus Akira Suzuki will be conducting a short course on Suzuki Coupling on 17th October 2008 ( Friday) . Suzuki coupling is widely used in industries such as Pharmaceuticals and Nanotechnology. This is indeed a golden opportunity to meet the renowned researcher who developed the Suzuki Coupling which is now a commonly used technique for C-C coupling reactions in Chemistry. This event is jointly organized by Singapore Catalysis Society.





Who should attend?

  • Chemistry scientists who deal with C-C Cross coupling Catalysis, Chemical Synthesis etc.
  • Industry players ie. Contract Research Organizations, Pharmaceutical R&D Labs etc.
