Singapore National Institute of Chemistry
The Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC) was established in March 1970 as a national body for the chemical profession in Singapore. The aim of the institute is to promote the advancement of Chemistry in Singapore, to safeguard standards of training and conduct within the profession of Chemistry and to inform the public of the ways in which Chemistry serves the community.

The National University of Singapore, Faculty of Science offers value-added education that prepares individual to take up the challenges of the future. The Faculty's constant efforts to excel in research include recruiting scientists of the highest calibres from all over the world, collaborating with top universities, and investing in cutting-edge research facilities. In 2009 Faculty of Science and the Department of Chemistry will be celebrating their 80th anniversary. On the other hand, the Food Science and Technology Programme will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary in 2009.

Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences (ICES)
Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences (ICES) is a member of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Established in 2002, its mission is to carry out world class scientific research, to develop novel technology and to nurture creative scientists and engineers to support economic growth in Singapore and to make a positive difference to society. The research area covers chemistry and chemical engineering science, combined with advanced analytical characterisation and measurement to develop state of the art technology for the petrochemical, general chemical, fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Science Centre Singapore
Science Centres is a non-formal educational institution dedicated to the promotion of science and technology among students and members of the public. As a leading Science Centre in the region, it has twelve exhibition galleries with more than 1,000 exhibits, and another 18,000 sq metres of outdoor space showcasing the exhibits of the Waterworks, Ecogarden and the Kinetic Garden.

The Centre also houses the Omni-Theatre – Singapore’s only IMAX dome-shaped theatre with a capacity of 276 seats. The 40-minute educational IMAX movies provide an immersive, cinematic experience for all in the family. Science Centre receives more than 900,000 visitors annually.

East Zone S&T Centre at Victoria Junior College
The East Zone S&T Centre @ Victoria Junior College is a zonal centre set up jointly by the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) and Victoria Junior College in support of research activities and to enthuse students in science and technology beyond the formal curriculum. The centre’s mission is to serve as an incubator of future scientists and technopreneurs by providing a conducive environment for students and teachers to explore, experiment and share their knowledge in science and technology. The centre is managed by Victoria Junior College which organizes activities such as A*STAR Science Fair, DSTA-DSO Robotics Challenge, Amazing Forensic Science Race and workshops on emerging areas of science to keep students and teachers in touch with current scientific developments.

St Andrew's Junior College
St Andrew's Junior College is an aided mission college run by the Anglican, Lutheran and Presbyterian Churches. We have our origins in St Andrew's School, which was founded in 1862 by the Anglican Diocese. Pre-university classes which were a precursor to the College started up in the school after World War II. The College as a separate extension of the school was started in 1978.

Yishun Junior College
YJC offers flexible subject combination in order to cater to the needs and interests of students. Students are given the option to study subjects of their choice if they meet subjects' prerequisites. In terms of CCA, YJC also offers a wide range of activities for students to choose from such as archery, sailing, fencing etc. YJC clinched the Sustained Achievement Award Academic Value-added (SAA Value-added), SAA (Aesthetics) and SAA (Physical Fitness) in 2008. In the same year, the College has also garnered the CHERISH Award (Silver) and Character Development (Merit. Secondary school students with good academic results who choose the college as their first choice for their JC education are eligible to apply for the Yishun Junior College Academic Scholarship Awards

Temasek Junior College

Temasek Excellence is about holistic excellence - it is about developing greatness in intellect, character and leadership. The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) provides secondary school leavers and adult learners with a Hands-on, Minds-on and Hearts-oneducation that equips students with skills, knowledge and values to open up their opportunities and prepare them for careers and further learning. ITE offers a wide range of over 70 market-relevant courses in the Applied & Health Sciences, Business & Services, Design & Media, Electronics & Info-Comm Technology and Engineering fields.

Singapore's largest single provider of mainstream education, ITE is the only education institution in Singapore to have won the prestigious Singapore Quality Award, in 2005. ITE also won the inaugural Harvard-IBM Innovations Award in Transforming Government, in 2007, a global award administered by Ash Institute for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard University’s John F.
